Meet Our Doctors

Nancy Casey, D.M.D.

Dr CaseyA longtime resident of the Warminster area, Dr. Nancy Casey has been providing outstanding orthodontic care since 1992. One of eight children, she grew up in the Hatboro area and attended Upper Moreland High School before attending college. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University Dental School, where she remained to complete her orthodontic training and obtain a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology and Dentistry. She is a member of various professional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists, Pennsylvania Dental Association, American Dental Association, Montgomery Bucks Dental Society, Greater Philadelphia Society of Orthodontists and the Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Casey is also certified in Invisalign®.

Outside of the office, Dr. Casey gives back to the community by supporting and volunteering with local area schools and churches. She enjoys going to the beach and mountains, biking, exercise, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Michael, have two children.

Janine R. Trindade, D.M.D.

janieDr. Janine Trindade received her Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University in 1999. She attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 2002. Shortly thereafter, she continued her training at the University of Pennsylvania in a four-year combined orthodontic/periodontic post-doctoral program and graduated in 2007 with certificates in both orthodontics and periodontics. In addition to working as an associate in Dr. Checkoff and Dr. Casey's office, Dr. Trindade serves as a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania Department of Orthodontics.

Dr. Trindade has a particular interest in interdisciplinary care and temporary anchorage devices, having lectured locally and abroad on both topics. In addition, Dr. Trindade is certified in Invisalign®; is a member of various dental organizations including the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Academy of Periodontology; and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. In addition, Dr. Trindade also serves on the board of the Greater Philadelphia Society of Orthodontics. She and her husband, Tom (also a dentist), enjoy spending time with their daughter, Mia, and son, Kenshin.
